Welcome to the channel, my name is Henry. Thank you for taking the time to check out my page out.

The purpose of this channel is to help teach boxing, specifically for beginners. I want to really help beginners understand how to punch at a very high level and really really understand the basic and fundamentals of the sport, as best as they can. The basics are essential.

Having taught hundreds of beginners for over a decade I have developed a style and a system that I believe really helps clients understand how to achieve a very high standard as quickly as possible.

Lastly, I am a very disciplined individual and I really encourage clients or anyone watching to be the same. Being disciplined is an enormous part of boxing and it is something I have developed over many years and I would love to share and/or help anyone that may need some discipline in their own life.
